| Accu-set bearing installation instructions Remove the shellplate bolt and shellplate from the press. Apply a small amount of grease to the accu-set bearing, the part of the shellplate bottom where the detent ball runs, and the upper portion of the shank of the shellplate bolt. A little goes a long way. Install the washers and bearing on the sehllplate bolt, creating a "sandwich" with the bearing between the washers. The bearing and washers goes on TOP of the shellplate, under the bolt head. Snug the bolt down, back off a little, until the shellholder turns freely, yet has no vertical slop. Snug up the set screw on the ram. Done. |
